Supervising Broker Endorsement Update

Description

The Supervising Broker Endorsement Update course is designed to provide Montana licensed real estate brokers with 4 hours of continuing education which is required by the Montana Board of Realty Regulation in order for the attendees to maintain their supervising broker endorsement. The course provides current information on national and state issues pertaining to real estate and or the operation of a brokerage company. From a national standpoint the course will address Court decisions from State or Federal courts that may have an impact on real estate practice in Montana. From a state perspective, the course will note recent changes to Montana law for real estate practice, title issues, boundary issues, disclosure requirements and similar items resulting from the 2023 legislative session or Court decisions.
