About the Instructor: 

Terri Welborn, an experienced Realtor, inspires her teachings with straightforward ethics honed over a decade of instructing NAR’s COE. Drawing from her 20-year tenure as a practicing Broker, she regularly consults the code, weaving her real-world experiences into classroom discussions. In her engaging classes, participants are encouraged to actively participate and explore all 17 articles of the code. When not immersed in the world of real estate, Terri delights in spending time with her two grandchildren, traveling, camping, ATV riding, playing cards, and cherishing moments with family and friends.
