Description

The Forms Course provides detailed information and discussion of the forms used by most real estate licensees in the State of Montana. The course provides 4 hours of continuing education credit to Montana real estate licensees who attend the course. Both Robyn and I are members of the Montana Association of Realtors Forms Subcommittee and its screening panel which assists us in providing information to the attendees as to the changes made to the forms, the function and purpose of the changes and a discussion of frequent issues encountered by licensees when using the forms.
