Appraiser/Inspector Member Enrichment Panel

Description

During this Membership Enrichment event, the panelist will discuss what to expect while working with Inspectors and Appraisers and how to prepare your clients.

This is a Hybrid event with virtual and in-person attendees. 

Panelist and Bios:

Graham Gerrard, Inspector with High Point Inspections. (Bio) My name is Graham Gerrard, and I am the proud owner of High Point Inspections. I am a licensed and registered home inspector in Bozeman, Montana. I love working in the real estate industry and helping clients purchase new homes! When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying one of Montana's many amazing activities. I love skiing at Bridger Bowl and Big Sky during the winter months. You can find me on the river, biking, or camping when the snow is gone.

Steven Hunter, Inspector with Hunter Homes: (Bio)I am a Montana native brought up in Great Falls, and I have a passion for all things Montana. I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my family there. Being a husband and father of three is my main passion in life. Another is Football. I am the head football coach at Belgrade High School, working on my second decade with the Panthers.

As for my career, I am all about homes. In my teens, I performed small roofing, siding, and other maintenance projects. My construction experience spans residential, small commercial, civil, custom cabinetry and doors, high-end custom residential, and ranch development. Much of my professional career is centered around residential construction, including an opportunity to work with a premier custom home builder and general contractor, where I developed an acute attention to detail while building high-end residential projects across the western United States. I've been inspecting properties since 2017 and earned the Certified Master Inspector designation. Hunter Homes: Inspection & Consulting offers property inspections, radon testing, mold testing, indoor air quality/environmental testing, and consulting.

Katie Tennille, Tennille Valuations: (Bio) Katie graduated from Sewanee, the University of the South, in 2007. After graduating, she moved to Bozeman to pursue outdoor recreation and the mountain west lifestyle. Katie is a certified residential appraiser and a candidate for the SRA designation with the Appraisal Institute. She is working towards her certified general appraiser license to focus on rural recreational properties.
